This page explains what happens to the information you enter on the Diversely Payments savings calculator at payments.diversely.app.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, current payment provider, and the numbers you enter about your business, such as card volume, average sale and monthly fees.
- A statement, if you upload one. A PDF or CSV statement is first read in your browser to fill in the form. If you then submit your request, the file is sent along with it and stored with your request.
- Basic technical details recorded with your request: your IP address, your browser type, and the link you came from, if it was tagged.
- Visit statistics. We count page visits with Umami, an analytics tool we run ourselves. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
Nothing is sent to us until you submit your request. If you only use the calculator, the numbers stay in your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, send you a confirmation, and follow up about your rate. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
- Diversely staff who review requests.
- The services that run this site for us: our own servers, which store your request, and Resend, which delivers our email.
- Our payment processing partner, but only if you decide to open an account. At that point we share the details needed for the application.
The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google can see that your browser requested them.
How it is stored
Requests are stored on servers operated by Diversely. Uploaded statements are kept outside the public part of the website and can't be opened from a web address.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your request while it is relevant to your conversation with us. To have your request and any statement you uploaded deleted, email info@diversely.us. Deleting a request also deletes its statement file.
